International Business Manager - UK & Northern Europe
Salary/bonus: Up to £85,000, bonus, car and benefits
Location: UK
CSG are proudly and exclusively partnering a global innovation leader in the respiratory devices sector, looking to bring in an experienced international distribution/channel manager to inherit a very buoyant patch with the aim of driving the business further forwards.
The ideal candidate will be UK based with a track in international distribution/channel management and also boast recent experience and a solid understanding of homecare as well as traditional secondary/hospital markets within respiratory equipment/devices.
Thought the business boasts a fun culture and all the support you could need, this is a role and opportunity for someone experienced who'll bring more answers than questions. You will have full strategic, sales and marketing control and be able to really shape the business in that sense.
Required experience:
- A proven track record in at international distribution/channel management in medical devices, more specifically in both homecare/primary and secondary/hospital markets
- A thorough and detailed understanding of pulmonology/respiratory devices is essential, this experience in a homecare and/or primary care market as well as general hospital would be ideal
- The ability to develop strategic milestone based sales and marketing strategic plans across a European/international territory and drive these forwards independently is essential
- Flexibility to travel as and when needed is a must throughout the territory, as per business need
- A customer and patient centred approach is essential
