How do you access the library databases off campus University of the Bahamas? ›

To access EBSCO from off campus please use the link on the Library's webpage or follow the link: https://login.cob.idm.oclc.org/login... Use your UBWebmail address and password. Follow the instructions provided at the link.

University Libraries consists of the Amelia Gayle Gorgas Library, the Angelo Bruno Business Library, the Eric and Sarah Rodgers Library for Science and Engineering, and the W.S. Hoole Special Collections Library.

Our Libraries require a valid Columbia ID or a Visitor's Card for admittance. Our Visitors page provides information about visiting Columbia Libraries and obtaining a Visitor's Card. Borrowing privileges, which vary, are generally limited to current members of the Columbia community.

Digital libraries can be accessed from any computer or device with an internet connection, meaning that there is no need to physically visit the library or store materials to access them. Digital libraries are often used by public libraries, university libraries and private companies.

Can a NYU student go to Columbia library? ›

FIU Students must be registered for the semester for licensed database access. Members of the general public and other non-FIU patrons may have access to online licensed databases while on-site and visiting the Green Library (MMC) and the Hubert Library (BBC).

The Library hosts an institutional repository that supports open access to information. The repository which has been hyperlinked for direct access through our library portal and University website is available at erepo.usiu.ac.ke.

OpenAthens is a gateway service that provides access to the FAU Libraries' licensed electronic resources. For the first time, you will have access to the Libraries' e-resources without having to be on the Libraries' website! You need your DCU ID card to enter and leave all libraries.

Please note, students are only permitted 3 Daily Access Cards per academic year. After you have been issued a third Daily Access Card you will not be able to access the library unless you have your student card.
